Our Verdict:
The Canon imageCLASS D1120 Laser Multifunction Copier is a good three-in-one starter unit for any small to medium size office to serve printing and copying needs. Although many say it lacks the fax feature, we believe a tri-functional office machine that allows shared printing and does heavy duty document photocopying is better separated from the lesser used fax functions. That way, it doesn't interrupt incoming faxes or vice-versa, which is usually not under your control. This copier printed is designed for medium to heavy use in an office and comes highly recommended for business operations requiring a lot of copying jobs. Its copier features are quite robust, and both print and copy speeds of 30 pages per minute save up a lot more time that could be channeled to more productive work output. It's a great tool to streamline the office workflow and allow you to set up a centralized printing/copying station instead of having to provide an individual machine per computer unit. |

Customer Feedback-
"This machine was probably one of the easiest to set up that I have experienced. The software is intuitive, and it includes drivers for all current Windows platforms. It prints FAST- it lists a time for warm-up, but I have never experienced it- the first page comes out almost immediately after sending the job- whether machine is in standby or ready state." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "In the two months since I've owned it, I find it to be fast, very straightforward to use, and it produces great quality copies. It doesn't stick on every few pages like the Sharp copiers did." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "Yes, the ink is expensive, but check the load -number of copies it can produce! It's worth all of it. So if you're looking for a reliable multitasking office copier, don't go any further. I strongly recommend. " - Actual User Review - Testfreaks.com "Solid printer, very reliable and has never jammed so far in two months of use. Auto collate feature is neat. Used it as a printer, copier, and scanner. Quick warm up (2-3 seconds) and copies almost keeps up with printing unlike some copiers that severely lag behind. One big drawback is that the machine is noisy, but bearable; also this thing is a little big and heavy, but very solid in physical construction." - Actual User Review - USA.canon.com |
